RISLONE Head Seal is a professional workshop product that permanently repairs cracking and radiator leaks such as cylinder head gasket, cylinder head, gasket & frost damage in a single step. Can be used if the vehicle can handle idling for 15 minutes without overheating and refilling with coolant. Reinforced carbon fiber technology creates a reinforcement that repairs and permanently stops major leaks without any subsequent problems. The seal utilizes the high heat inside the cylinder (up to 2,800 °C) and uses it as a catalyst in the hardening process that makes the material stronger than the gasket itself. . Add in case of leakage or cracks in the head, block or head gasket. . Free of harmful particles that can clog the cooling system. Let the engine cool. Shake the bottle thoroughly. Add the correct dosage of HEAD SEAL to the cooling system, top up with approved coolant. Reseal the system and reinstall hoses and or caps. Set the interior fan to maximum heat and fan. Run the engine until the thermostat opens or normal operating temperature is reached. Turn off the vehicle and let the engine cool (may take more than 30 minutes). Let the engine cool and top up the coolant level if necessary and leave HEAD SEAL in the system as maintenance protection. Most damage/leakage will stop immediately. In some cases, a couple of driving cycles may make the product work. Recommended use: Dosage: A 1L bottle treats 9-19 liters of coolant. A ½ bottle between 5 and 9 liters of coolant. For larger systems: Use 6cl per liter of coolant.
