Returns

Returns are subject to the following conditions based on the time frame:

• Within 0-30 days: No charge for returns

• From 31 to 60 days: 15% of the product's value charged as a return fee.

• From 61 to 90 days: 30% of the product's value charged as a return fee.

The respective return fee will be subtracted from the refund amount. If a return is not approved, KW Parts may impose a higher return fee, dispose of the product at the location, or return it to the customer at their expense.
